Founded in 2000, ECKO ELECTROTECH specializes in custom transformers, magnetic cores and wound components for industrial and specialized OEM equipment. Approved drawings, winding data, materials, labels and test limits are controlled to help production batches remain consistent with the accepted sample.
Electrical, thermal, mechanical and compliance requirements are reviewed before the transformer design is released.
Approved drawings, wiring diagrams, winding data, materials and test limits form the baseline for repeat production.
Core materials, copper wire, bobbins, insulation, leads and protection components are controlled against the approved design.
ECKO supports specification review, sample production, testing, approval, pilot production and recurring OEM supply.
Engineering drawings, labels, test reports, packaging and change confirmation are coordinated for international customers.
Provide the input, outputs, power, application, dimensions, standards and expected quantity.
ECKO reviews the electrical, thermal, mechanical and compliance requirements.
The outline, wiring, materials and key acceptance parameters are confirmed.
Samples are manufactured for electrical, mechanical and equipment testing.
Test results, dimensions, wiring and application performance are reviewed before production.
Approved documents and test limits are transferred to batch manufacturing and final inspection.

Low-noise toroidal and EI transformers for professional amplifiers, Hi-Fi systems, pre-amplifiers, tube amplifiers and studio equipment. Important design factors include rail voltage, peak current, auxiliary outputs, magnetic leakage, shielding, mechanical hum and inrush current.
For an accurate quotation, please provide the application, input voltage and frequency, output voltage and current or rated power, preferred dimensions, mounting method, lead wires or terminals, insulation requirements, required certifications and estimated order quantity. If your specifications are incomplete, our engineering team can help define them.
ECKO can customize single or multiple input and output voltages, rated power, operating frequency, voltage regulation, lead wires, terminals and protection components. Every design is reviewed for electrical performance, temperature rise, insulation and safety before sampling.
We can design the transformer to match your PCB layout, pin spacing or available enclosure space. Please provide your PCB drawing, mechanical dimensions, mounting restrictions and connector requirements. We will review the footprint, safety clearances, heat dissipation and manufacturability before issuing a drawing for approval.
Transformers are inspected according to the approved specifications. Routine checks may include dimensions and appearance, winding resistance, turns ratio, no-load voltage and current, load performance, polarity, insulation resistance and Hi-Pot testing. Temperature-rise, leakage, IP-rating and other project-specific tests can also be arranged when required.
The typical lead time for a fully customized transformer sample is 7–10 working days after the specifications and drawings are approved. Existing designs or minor modifications may be completed in 1–3 working days. The exact schedule depends on material availability, tooling, testing and certification requirements.
