Product Introduction

NANO CRYSTALLINE & AMORPHOUS CORE

Ecko makes cores of various sizes in nano crystalline and amorphous material with ribbon thickness 18-35 microns. The cores can be wound into cores of various shapes and sizes, such as toroidal, rectangular, oval,C-shape or E-shape,etc.Then the cores are heat treated in controlled atmosphere in our high tech furnace to achieve optimum material performance. Finally cores are plastic encapsulated or epoxy coated as per the customer requirement and tested 100% for quality performance on core sorting machines and dispatched.

Nanocrystalline toroidal cores can be supplied with a bespoke cover or can be coated with epoxy resin, able to protect the product during handling.

Epoxy coated nanocrystalline core features small size compared with plastic case.The epoxy resin coating makes the cores compact and gives them the mechanical resistance required when they are being transported,insulated and coiled with copper wire, making it possible to use them even without covers or stiff boxes and must therefore not be regarded as an insulating process.It is suitable for continuous operational temperatures of up to 120 °C.

The plastic cases are suitable for direct winding and offer good mechanical protection of the nanocrystalline core material. This enables the best magnetic properties and highest permeability levels to be maintained. Additional winding protection is optional for heavy wire windings, where there may be a danger of core damage for operating temperatures up to 130 °C.

We have regular models in fire retardant pastic material, such as PBT , PP, PET PA66.
